Job Title: RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:
1. Assists design and development projects for new products, product/process changes and enhancements including related testing.
2. Creates and maintains accurate documentation of product concepts in coordination with the Quality Assurance and manufacturing functions.
3. Coordinates work with outside vendors and internal personnel for material procurement and testing.
4. Support prototype and pilot production of new products, product changes and enhancements in coordination with the Manufacturing and Quality Control functions.

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess a degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Must be creative, take initiative, and multi-tasking
3. Must possess analytical mind and good communication skills
4. At least 1 year work experience in Research & Development is preferred but not required.
5. Working knowledge of inspection tools such as: pH meter, viscometer, pycnometer, caliper and product testing experience.
6. Intermediate level skill in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other office software programs.
7. Must be amenable to work in Cabuyao, Laguna

Job Title: RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supports R&D Manager during exploration phase of research.
2. Works with customers on long term market focus and related product opportunities.
3. Renders technical support to marketing and sales as need arises
4. Proactively develops basic customer technical understanding to support the identification of business opportunities within the project scope.

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess a degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Must multi-tasking and take initiative.
3. Must possess good oral communication skills and technical know-how in dealing with clients.
4. At least 1 year work experience in Research & Development is preferred but not required.
5. Working knowledge of inspection tools such as: pH meter, viscometer, pycnometer, caliper and other laboratory instruments.
6. Intermediate level skill in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other office software programs.
7. Must be amenable to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
