Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for prioritizing and scheduling work to meet demands set by department and clients.
• Responsible for validating methods and equipment.
• Must be able to develop new methods as required
• Data is recorded accurately and presented in accordance to guidelines.
• Contribute to achievement of production targets in a safe & efficient manner
• Provide continual support to Operations team to ensure best processing practice is achieved, challenged and continuously optimized.
• Achieve minimal delays on submission of laboratory test results.
• Achieve yearly compliance on equipment calibration and maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
• Degree level qualification in Metallurgy, Analytical Chemistry or related discipline is preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Chemist
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Experience in Iron Ore mining preferred but not required
• With proven track record in managing or handling a team
Monthly Salary Range: PHP 30,001 to PHP 40,000
