The Board of Chemistry of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), in cooperation with the Integrated Chemists of the Philippines (ICP), will conduct the 2026 Oathtaking of New Chemists and Chemical Technicians.

• Date :December 12, 2026  (Saturday)
• Venue: Plenary Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), PICC Complex, Pasay City, Metro Manila
• Registration and payment deadline: Friday, December 4, 2026
• Inductee ticket : ₱1,500 (includes entrance and souvenir program)
• Guest ticket : ₱1,000 per guest (entrance only)
• ICP membership : ₱1,000, valid for 3 years (required by law)
• Attire : Inductees: Filipiniana / Barong Tagalog. Guests: Formal attire.

Program Schedule:

• AM session, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Chemists. Registration starts at 7:00 AM.
• PM session, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Chemical Technicians. Registration starts at 12:00 PM.

Before you register

1. Get your PRC QR code through LERIS (https://online.prc.gov.ph). You will need your printed Oath Form with QR code.     
2. Read all instructions before paying, and complete the whole form.  
3. Pay first, then submit. Pay using the instructions in the last section, and submit the form only after completing all required fields and uploading your proof of payment. Incomplete forms or forms without payment may not be processed.
4. Payment deadline: December 4, 2026 (Friday). Seating is limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration does not guarantee a slot until a ticket is secured.
5. Beware of phishing. Pay only to the account in this form. ICP will not ask for payment through any other channel. Do not share this form’s link; advise interested people to contact the organizers for the official link.

ICP Membership: All registered Chemists and Chemical Technicians are required by law (RA 10657- Chemistry Profession Act) to maintain Regular and Associate membership, respectively, in the Accredited Professional Organization (APO) for Chemists and Chemical Technicians. The Integrated Chemists of the Philippines (ICP) is the Accredited Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) for the two professions.

Receiving your ticket:

• A confirmation email will be sent on or before December 5, 2026.
• Tickets can be claimed (a) at the PICC registration desk on the day of the event, or (b) at Room 315, Don Lorenzo Bldg., 889 P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila (across PRC Morayta) from November 23, 2026 to November 27, 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM only. Additional guest tickets can also be bought there during these dates.
• If you do not receive the confirmation email by December 5, you may still attend. Bring your printed Oath Form and proof of payment for verification at the venue.

Conference Objectives

The purpose of this conference is focused on the needs of Philippine chemical laboratories addressing issues and challenges in chemical regulations and aims to maintain our high level of performance comparable to international standards in providing accurate and reliable chemical test results through laboratory accreditation and recognition.

Who Should Attend

1. Day 1 : Laboratory Managers, Chemists, Quality and Regulatory Professionals
2. Day 2 & 3: Chemists, Chemical Technicians, Analysts, and Laboratory Personnel

We encourage one registrant, one payment. This is for easier verification of the payment.
The participant should prepare the following before filling out the form:

1. Scanned copy/screenshot of validated deposit slip/fund transfer confirmation of payment of registration fee;
2. Scanned copy of valid ICP membership ID, certificate of membership, or Official Receipt; and
3. PRC Registration Number (for Registered Chemist/Registered Chemical Technician).

Confirmed slots for the 9th NCCL are on a first-come-first-served basis. An automatic response will be sent to the participant upon receipt of their registration.

Automatic Response:

“Thank you for your registration to the 9th National Conference of Chemical Laboratories. We will verify your membership and payment. You will receive a message from us officially confirming your registration.”

The registration is non-refundable but maybe transferred to another individual.

Registration Fees

Registration entitles the participant to the conference sessions, snacks, and meals.
The Registration Fees are as follows, depending on status of ICP Membership:

Registration Fees for Day 1, March 9, 2027:

Active ICP Member, Registration Fee: PhP 3,500.00
Non-ICP Member, Registration Fee: PhP 4,000.00

Registration Fees for Day 2 & 3, March 10-11, 2027

Active ICP Member, Registration Fee: PhP 5,500.00
Non-ICP Member, Registration Fee: PhP 6,000.00

Proof of membership status must be uploaded together with the scanned copy of the machine-validated deposit slip or system-generated fund transfer confirmation during the online registration.

Date / Time: December 18, 2025 (Thursday)

AM Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
For all Chemists, and for Chemical Technicians with family names Abaca to Cañete.
Registration will start at 07:30 AM

PM Session: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM;
For Chemical Technicians with family names Cebretas to Zurbano.

Oathtaking Registration: To attend the oathtaking ceremony, please be guided by the following:

A. ICP Membership: All registered Chemists and Chemical Technicians are required by law (RA 10657- Chemistry Profession Act) to become Regular and Associate membership, respectively, in the Accredited Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) for Chemists and Chemical Technicians. B. Payment for oathtaking: The costs for the Oathtaking (per person, food not included) are as follows.
P1300 for oath takers (souvenir program with the names of all 2025 board passers included)
P1000 for guests (souvenir program, not included)
ICP Membership fee and ID card valid for 3 years: P1,000

Deadline for Oathtaking Registration and online payment: December 12, 2025 (Friday).

Payment Instructions:

(1) Deposit your payment for tickets (P1,300 for inductees; P1,000 for guests) to the ICP account (BPI Loyola-Katipunan branch, account No. 3081-0830-95). Accepted modes of payment: Bank deposit (cash or check); Mobile or Online Banking; GCash*; PayMaya. *For GCash transactions: use “ICP” as the account name. Upload the transaction receipt (with payment date and transaction reference number clearly shown) after your payment has been processed. NOTE: Any interbank transaction fee must be shouldered by the applicant.

(2) Scan or photograph your machine-validated deposit slip or screenshot your online transaction. This will serve as your proof of payment.

(3) Click https://forms.gle/5WVFvsPA3zCiBjV1A and follow the instructions to provide the required information and upload the required documents.

(4) Distribution of receipts and selling of additional tickets for guests: Present your printed QR code obtained from PRC registration through LERIS http://online.prc.gov.ph before getting your receipts and tickets.

(5) The receipts and tickets will be given to you upon registration at the SMX registration desk, or they may be claimed at Room 315, Don Lorenzo Bldg., 889 P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila (across PRC Morayta) from Dec 4 to 12 (9:00 am-4:00 pm only). You may also buy additional tickets for guests during this time.
