Job Title: Chemist (Quality Assurance)
Type of Employment: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
• Quality Management system Co-ordination of HACCP program in line with requirements of HPC420
• Attends peer reviews
• Co-ordination and implementation of Category GMP requirements in factory
• Co-ordination, implementation and documentation of quality system in line with HPC420 and Global QMS guidelines
• Coordinates verification of compliance of site operations to HPC420 and QV through a program of internal quality audits
• Supports efforts to complete and maintain external audits and certifications
• World Class manufacturing Participates in Quality Pillar activities for WCM Supports data collection, analysis and assignment to standard Quality loss trees in support of operational KPIs reporting
• Incidents Co-ordination of global incident management ( product recall procedure)
• Supports efforts to verify and document the traceability of materials, packaging and products e.g. includes annual dummy or mock recall exercises Legislation
• Ensures all relevant standards are applied
• Training of shop floor on consumer safety and Quality in line with HPC420 / Global QMS requirements
• Training and documentation thereof, of shop floor on and ad hoc basis when non-compliances related to consumer safety and quality are noted
• Innovations Participates in TRA/ HACCP studies as led by R&D
• Utilizes advanced knowledge of category / technology details and requirements to support site innovation / changes VIP Projects Supports SU projects during trials and commissioning of VIP projects
Job Qualifications:
• BS Chemistry Graduate and Licensed/Registered Chemist
• Above-average communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
• Above-average problem solving and analytical thinking skills, proactive and self-driven, can work under pressure and a team player
• At least 1 year of working experience in a consumer goods company is a plus
Monthly Salary Range: PHP 15,001 to PHP 20,000
