Job Title:
QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE ANALYST
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Quality Control head in performing these functions:
- Receiving samples and checking quality if acceptable
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods
- Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
- Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Proposing improvements to the production process
- Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe
- Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
- Monitor calibration reports for equipment and other machines/water facilities
Job Qualifications:
- Preferrably BS Chemistry graduate or any related course
- Registered with license is a plus
- With previous working experience at a manufacturing firm (Household remedies/cosmetics/pharma)
- With knowledge in testing products for in-process and Finished goods
- Can do paperwork for batch records
- Able to calculate properly
