Job Title: Laboratory Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
The Laboratory Specialist performs routine technical tasks and experiments in laboratories to support scientific investigations, supervises and guide Laboratory Analyst in the administration of complete and accurate laboratory tests and analyses to support a successful HACCP program and assure food safety. She is responsible for scientific research, conducting lab-based experiments and recording and analysing results. Attain and maintain complete understanding of all Laboratory analysis procedure and implement safety and report techniques at laboratory.
Job Qualifications:
- Licensed Chemist
- Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry
- Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years full time experience in laboratory analysis, preferably gained from the food manufacturing industry. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisite.
