Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure conformance of all products and materials to established specifications and quality limits by:
- Sampling and evaluation of raw materials and packaging materials
- Quality monitoring during production operations
- Implementation and conformance to established quality system to produce only products that conform to acceptable quality limits.
- Proper implementation of calibration schedule of measuring and testing equipment.
- Provide analytical support to other department, e.g. miscellaneous product testing and evaluation for Sales and Marketing.
- Provide support in product improvement and development.
- Inventory monitoring of laboratory supplies & reagents, and conduct of housekeeping activities.
- Ensure strict implementation of SOPs on safety to preserve life and prevent loss time due to accident.
Perform other tasks as maybe assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Chemistry or any related course
- Preferably Licensed Chemist or Registered Chemical Technician
- At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing/consumer goods industry
- Fresh graduate will be considered
