Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- To assure productivity of Laboratory personnel thru supervising and coaching and to ensure smooth laboratory operation at all times.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Chemistry (must be a licensed Chemist)
- At least Three (3) years experience in Laboratory operations; Three (3) years in supervisory position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, leadership/people handling and decision making skills
- Attended training on the following: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Root Cause Analysis, and Leadership Training
