Job Responsibilities:
I. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for ensuring that the product meets the established standards of quality required for distribution and consumption by the market.
II. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and AUTHORITIES A. General
Performs physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in- process products, and finished goods; and evaluate them in accordance with the specified sampling plan and specifications
Ensures that proper sampling techniques are used in the evaluation of material and products as well as utilities and equipment
