Job Title: Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Conducts physical and chemical analysis of water samples.
Provides the Quality Engineer sufficient data to produce quality control charts.
Prepares reagents, standards and chemicals for water quality tests.
Responsible for the regular preventive maintenance and schedule of the calibration of laboratory equipment
Conducts method verification and method validation (when needed) relating to water quality
Prepare Physical-Chemical test reports
Compute the Measurement Uncertainty of the test parameters in the laboratory (PNSDW mandatory and PAB accredited parameters)
May represent the company during inter-office meetings.
Participates in the regular internal and external audit activities of the company.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Laboratory Manager.
Job Qualifications:
BS Chemistry Graduate – LICENSED CHEMIST
Knowledgeable in basic laboratory skills and methods (gravimetric, volumetric, titrimetric and instrumental)

Your Team
The role reports to the department leader or lab manager. You will be working together with a team within the department to drive compliance and standards.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Maintain high levels of quality control and quality assurance for the certification testing of finished products
Use Analytical techniques to verify that products tested meet quality specification
Provide technical support to operations units through problem solving
Perform quality investigations with strong CAPA (correction action and preventive action)
Maintain ISO 9001 and other quality system requirements relating to data generation, customer satisfaction and service commitments
Job Qualifications:
Must be a LICENSED Chemist with a degree in BS Chemistry
With 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required (open to Fresh Graduates)
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
Good speaking and written command of English

Associate members (those with “A” in their membership card number, or members who are chemical technicians) and foreign members of the ICP are NOT required to vote.
