Job Responsibilities:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Ensure product quality through physical, analytical, and micro-biological analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products;
2.Develop and maintain strategies, plans, and programs to ensure that all incoming raw and packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products conform with established quality standards;
3.Direct, motivate, and monitor the performance of all Quality Services personnel;
4.Ensure correct calibration of all laboratory-testing instruments on set schedules and standardization of all required analytical reagents;
5.Plan work schedules and assignments of the department in accordance with the schedules of production;
6.Conduct random process inspection at the production floor for sanitation to ensure that quality standard operating procedures are followed;
7.Monitor laboratory test on water and initiate maintenance on water system based on test results;
8.Report all manufacturing deviations from established formulas, procedures, specifications, and good manufacturing practices; initiate corrective actions as necessary;
9.Ensure complete and timely submission of product samples to the Principal;
10.Maintain records of all in-process test results, sanitation records, calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment, and other technical information gathered;
11.Provide technical support to production as needed;
12.In coordination with the Production Manager, initiate appropriate corrective actions, systems and procedures, and work improvements as necessary to maintain the right quality of products and control wastage of materials and supplies;
13.Hold production and distribution of products suspected of being out-of-standards;
14.Supervise the implementation of procedures on proper conduct of laboratory tests and handling and maintenance of laboratory tools and equipment;
15.Initiate improvements in laboratory testing and in the quality systems and procedures;
16.Periodically evaluate the departmental efficiency and discuss with superiors and staff various approaches to improve operations;
17.Supervise evaluation of products which are the subject of customer complaints; initiate investigation and appropriate actions as may be required;
18.Implement Management policies and procedures particularly compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
19.Perform other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1.At least a bachelor's degree in chemistry; preferably an advanced degree or at least academic units earned towards a master’s degree in chemistry
2.Professional license in Chemistry
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other comparable software
4.At least five years’ prior work experience in a relevant field, at least two of which were in a supervisory capacity
5.Good technical writing skills
6.Strong negotiation and problem solving/analytical skills
7.Good interpersonal skills and ability to build teamwork
8.Organization and planning skills

Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensures effective execution of quality procedures and control measures in order to ensure that products produced are within company established quality standards;
2. Carries out basic management functions of planning, leading, organizing and controlling overall activities in the Quality Services Division in accordance to company values and objectives;
3. Coordinates with Production Manager any concerns affecting operations and quality; and initiates corrective actions, systems and procedures as necessary;
4. Supervises releasing and holding of finished goods including product recall.
5. Monitors, report and implements equipment and plant cleaning and sanitation; initiates corrective actions as necessary.
6. Maintains customer trust and confidence by properly attending to the needs of customer complaints; initiates investigation and appropriate actions.
Job Qualifications:
1. Must be a licensed Chemist;
2. Knowledgeable in audit procedures and accreditation processes such as cGMP and ISO.
3. Must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status;
4. Preferably has at least ten years prior work experience in quality assurance and control;
5. Preferably has prior work experience in the personal care or cosmetic industry;
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent software;
7. Has above average written and oral communications skills;
8. With basic negotiation and problem solving/analytical skills;
9. Good interpersonal skills, team player, organized;

Job Title: QSD Analyst
Type of Employment: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
1. Performs evaluation of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products to ensure conformance with technical specifications through established physical and chemical test procedures.
2. Provides technical support to operations by enforcing strict cGMP compliance;
3. Ensures that all products produced are in compliance with regulatory requirements prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and other applicable regulatory agencies.
Job Qualifications:
1. Must be a licensed Chemist;
2. Adept in using standard laboratory equipment and instruments;
3. Knowledgeable in audit procedures and accreditation processes such as cGMP and ISO.
4. Must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status;
5. Preferably has at least one year prior work experience in quality assurance and control;
6. Preferably has prior work experience in the personal care or cosmetic industry;
7. Highly analytical, has good attention to details, and can work with minimal supervision;
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent software;
9. Has above average written and oral communications skills;
10. Willing to work and to be based in Potrero, Malabon City.
Monthly Salary Range: PHP 15,001 to PHP 20,000
